the power of now

The power of now

Article 1

The mind is one of the most untapped opportunities known to mankind, an opportunity to create the real circumstances that we desire, to create and realise opportunities. We need to understand that there are an abundance of opportunities waiting for us to tap into them, that there are an abundance of love, relations and happiness just waiting for us.

We need to understand the power of our thoughts, the energy we are creating within the process of thinking and the effect that that energy have on our surroundings. We need to understand that emotions empower these thoughts and create even a stronger force of creation. Once we apply this knowledge to our thoughts we will change our circumstances, we will create the lives we desire, but it will also empower us to fulfil our real purpose on this planet and within this Universe. We need to keep in mind that it is our duty to be successful; it is our duty to achieve our goals, why, because that will create the ability to help others, to lead people to success, to alleviate the poverty on this planet.

None of this is possible if we remain a failure, if we remain ordinary.
Yes it is true that 80% of the wealth belongs to 20% of the people, and the reason is simple, only 20% of our population use the power of emotionalised thoughts. The rich are not only rich in their banking accounts, they are rich in their minds, they know how to be rich and that is the whole secret.
I am going to make this statement and I challenge you to prove me wrong.

If I take all the wealth from a rich man and give it to a poor man, the rich man will remain a rich man with a zero in his account and the poor man will remain a poor man with millions in his account.
Within a short time the rich man will rebuild his wealth and the poor man will lose his gifted wealth. There are numerous examples of this, of poor people winning the lotto and lose the money within a year or even shorter, of wealthy people that lose their fortunes only to become a new millionaire within a year. The same examples can be applied to relationships, to love and to happiness.

Why does this happen?

Remember the rich teach their children that there are plenty of money, while the poor teach their children that there are no money. These boundaries are set within those children and determine their outcome, it determine their believe systems and then eventually their abilities.

If we can change our believe systems, and we can, we will have the ability to change our boundaries and so our abilities.
Regular exercises of 10 to 20min per day can change your believe systems, it can break those ugly untrue barriers down, replacing them with prosperous and healthy barriers
You need to create a dream, a dream of all you need, remove the barriers and realise that dream.
I am aware that it is much easier said than done, but it is easy for those that want to.

The first step is to appreciate, appreciate the few that you have, appreciate the abilities that you have, so in this first article on the power of now I want you to do just that.
Make a list of the thing you have and the abilities you possess, you will find there are numerous even while you might live in poverty.
Write these things down try to write 10 or 20 down examples might be as simple as
1)      I am a good driver
2)      I am good with people
3)      I love animals…………
Now take these thing and appreciate it for 5min every morning, contemplate (think) about them, try to stop your mind of other thoughts for that period of time. You will find that your mind will try and change the subject, just keep doing it. After a few days the mind will start appreciating the exercise, it will interrupt you less and less, until you can do it for 5min without interruptions.
I will write a short article on the scientific explanations for the unlimited power soon, as well as a follow up on this first lesson

Please leave your comments, in order for me to assist.
Keep an eye on this blog for the next lesson
