mind power and christianity

The power of the mind and Christianity

Before we even start to evaluate the power given to us we need to understand that all Biblical books that explain these powers have been edited out of the Western Bibles. This leads to a difficult question. Who gave the people the right to edit these books out of the living Bible? This question can only lead us in such an investigation, as proof of the answers is well protected by a possible conspiracy of the churches.

Before we continue with a possible conspiracy theory it is important to have a brief look at these powers within. The whole theory is based on the abundance of the universe, the abundance of the creation, it also teach us to develop our minds so that we can achieve our purpose on this planet and then also the universe. Now the next thing that it teach us can become a very sore point for the churches especially their financial existence, it teach us to be part of the abundance it is important that we give some of the wealth away, in other words we need to become a channel to assist others. As you can see it does not contradict the Christian believe, in fact it underlines the very principles. The churches, and please distinguish the difference between the churches and the Christians, preach that all money must be given to the church in order for the church to help others. The mind power teachings do not oppose this statement in essence, as they teach that you can give it to any institution of welfare. In fact the majority of mind power teachers encourage you to follow your own religion while practicing the mind power exercises.

The church however preaches (not the Christians as such) that if you do not belong to a church (not a religion) you are lost. Only after you start belonging to the church they continue with the next chapter that you need to donate 10% of your income in order to prosper. At this point it is important to understand that I do not condemn the churches at all, in fact they are doing an amazing work to assist those in need.

If I look at the books not included in the Bible I have to ask once again. Were these books un-Christian or did they impose a thread to the financial freedom of churches; make sure you understand this well a thread against the churches not the Christians themselves. Can this be the reason why some Chapters and even books have been edited out of the WESTERN bible, to ensure that all Christians will give their financial contributions through the churches to the needy?

Some of these books describe the power when thought and emotion join and the impact that it have on our lives, it describe the power of the mind, the power to create. The creation that is still based in the edited Bible today, “you are created to my image”.
Various things like relations, happiness, wealth and many more are created by us, by you.
During my live as a Christian I have spoken to various religion leaders, asking questions on Mind Power practices, I have also spoke to religious leaders of other faiths.
The following mind laws are totally denied by Christian leaders.
1)      Thoughts are real forces and energy
2)      Your mind is a receiving and sending station of thoughts
3)      The law of attraction of similar thoughts
4)      The power of control of thoughts
5)      The law of insertion of thought that we want to entertain
6)      The law of connection, the inner and outer world are connected.
They deny that we have these abilities; some even say that abilities are that of the church. Let us look at these laws in summary.
1)      Thoughts are real forces and energy. The thought process is an electromagnetic process, it is created with energy. Did we not learn at school that energy cannot be destroyed?
2)      Your mind is a receiving and sending station of thoughts. We know that our mind continuously chimes out thoughts, as you are reading this article you are thinking of things to do, of work related problems and so on. Have ever walked into a room and realise that something is wrong (and you were right) does this not mean that your mind receive the thoughts of those in the room?
3)      The law of attraction. Thoughts attract similar thoughts. Let us explain this with an example. You worry that you do not have enough money (a thought) suddenly you think, how will I buy bread and milk this month, how will I pay my car. You attract these thoughts, and then at that point your Daughter walk into the room to tell you that she need new school shoes, as if you did not attract enough thoughts of no money someone else walk in to contribute.
4)      The power of control of thoughts. You have the the God given talent to think what and when you want. You can day dream about a holiday, or you can dream about starvation, the choice is yours
5)      The law of insertion. You can insert any thought into your mind. Once again you can decide to for instance think about the flowers in your garden. You will attract thoughts like I need compost; perhaps I must water them and so on.
6)      Law of connection. The inner and outer worlds are connected. Your inner emotions show on your outer appearance. If you had a bad dream (inner world, or subconscious world) you wake up in horror, if you dreamed that your children were harmed by an intruder, you run to their bedrooms to check on them, you check all the windows and sometimes look under the bed if the intruder is still there.

If I look at these simple explanations I cannot understand why the churches condemn the mind power teachings, can you?

The question did the Churches conspire to remove Chapters and books from the holy scripts remain a unanswered, what I can answer is that Christians did not remove those books or discriminate against them.

You will be the judge, I will not condemn anyone.

My next article will be on the Christian and the power of the mind, we will discuss techniques to train the mind.

Please leave your comment to this article and remember if you say you can or you say you cannot you are right.
